TutorTab handles the scheduling so your tutor can spend their time teaching. Here's what it means for you.
How it works
1. You book a time
Your tutor sends you their booking link. Pick a service, pick a slot, and add your child's details. No account needed — you're just filling in a form.
2. You get a confirmation
Once the tutor approves the booking, we email you the date, time and address, plus a calendar invite. Reminders follow before the session.
3. You get reminded
A reminder goes out before each session so it does not creep up on anyone. Payment stays between you and the tutor, arranged however you already do it.
What it costs
Nothing, to you or to your tutor. TutorTab schedules sessions and sends reminders; it never handles money. What a session costs, and how you pay for it, is between you and your tutor exactly as it was before.
Common questions
Do I need to create an account?
No, and there is no password to remember. Booking a session creates your account automatically. To sign in later, enter your email and we send you a link that logs you straight in.
What if we need to cancel?
Cancel from your account or from the reminder email. Each tutor sets their own cancellation window and late-cancellation charge, and both are shown on their booking page and on the cancel screen before you confirm.
Can I stop the emails?
You can turn off session reminders and product news from your email preferences. Booking confirmations and cancellations always send — they are the record of when your sessions are.
Who do I contact about a session?
Your tutor. TutorTab handles the booking and the billing, not the teaching — their email address is on every message we send you. For a problem with a payment or the site itself, write to [email protected].
